DIVČIBARSKI VAJATI Nestled amidst the rolling meadows of Divčibare, Divčibarski vajati offers an exclusive escape for you and your loved ones. Imagine waking up to breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes of Maljen, a picture-perfect mountain panorama right outside your window.

Our mountain-style apartment building is designed to seamlessly blend with the natural beauty of the landscape. Located just 1 kilometer from the heart of Divčibare, on the main Divčibare-Kaona road, close to the ski resort, at the very beginning of the Beogradsko naselje. Divčibarski vajati offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.

• Accommodation

In our facility, we have 15 accommodation units, of which 10 are studio apartments and 5 are apartments.

• Breakfast

You can have breakfast in our facility and it is included in the price.
For breakfast there is a buffet, and for lunch/dinner you have a discount in the restaurant Divčibarski zamak.

• Coffee shop

Woking hour: 08.00 – 20:00

• Sauna, massage and jacuzzi

Our private mini spa and wellness center is indoors. Appointments are required to ensure your complete privacy, and there is a fee for each session.

• Children’s playground

with trampoline, swing, slide and climbing frame.

• Children’s playroom for younger children

Where there is a maze of 18 fields, a pool with balls, 2 slides and a kitchenette.
It is free for our guests, guests outside the building pay.

• Children’s playroom for older children

Play station, darts, table football, air hockey. (with extra charge).
Tokens for games are 100 din, and the play station is 300 din for 1 hour.

There are 15 apartments in Divčibarski vajati:

• Studio Apartments ROMANTIC (27 m2),

A1 – one bedroom with a double bed, (2+0) the only ROMANTIC with a fireplace;
A2, A3, A7, A8, A13, A14-one-room, identically furnished, without fireplace, with a double bed and one extra bed (2 + 1);

A1, A2 and A3 Studios are located on the high ground floor and have a large common terrace that they share with another studio.
A7, A8, A13 and A14 are located on the floors and have their own terraces.

• Studio ApartmentsFUN (32 m2),

A4, A9 and A15 – one-bedroom with a fireplace, a corner set that folds out and is the size of a French bed, a separate bed and one extra bed (3 + 1);

Studio A4 is located on the high ground floor and has a large common terrace that it shares with 3 other studios.
A9 and A15 studio are located in Sorat and have

• Apartments FAMILY (34 m2)

A10 -apartment with a separate room and a fireplace in the living room. In the living room there is a corner set that folds out and is the size of a French bed, and in the bedroom there are two single beds (4 + 0). The family apartment is the only one without a terrace.

• Apartments FAMILY LUX (42 m2)

A6 -apartment with a separate room and a fireplace in the living room. In the living room there is a corner set that folds out and is the size of a French bed, and in the bedroom there are two single beds (4 + 0)
A12 -apartment with a separate room and a fireplace in the living room. In the living room there is a corner set that folds out and is the size of a French bed, and in the bedroom you have a double bed and a single bed (3+2).

• Apartments GRAND (47 m2)

A11 and A5 -apartment with a separate room and a fireplace in the living room. They have a living room with a corner sofa and one extra bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds (4 + 1). The Grand Apartment has 2 terraces.

About us and important information:

• Check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:00 10:00;
• Check-out time is 10:00 am but we do offer late check-out options depending on availability;
• Fully equipped kitchens for preparing and serving food with refrigerator and stove;
• Soap, shampoo, bed linen, towels;
• Towels are changed every 3 days, on request and more often;
• Bed linen is changed every 7 days;
• Central heating (apartments and common rooms);
• Your private well;
• Private substation;
• Fireplaces with protective glass;
• Led television, Total TV;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• Electronically controlled room access;
• Common stone terrace with a view of the environment;
• Guests throw trash from the apartment into the bin in front of the building, and replacement bags can be picked up at the reception;
• During their stay, guests maintain their apartment, maids can also do this on request.
• Pets are not allowed!
• Reception opening hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.;
